Spares
A major supplier of appliances in the
UK, Zanussi is actually now owned by Electrolux and is now
branded as 'Zanussi Electrolux'. Electrolux also owns the AEG
and Tricity Bendix brands. In the UK 'John Lewis' branded
appliances are effectively rebranded Zanussi models. As such
all the aforementioned brands share common designs, spares and
parts. This is a good thing as a Zanussi owner - spare parts
are widely available at decent prices.

remembering that these error codes often point
to the symptom of the dishwashers
malfunction, not always the cause. So
these codes should not be used as a definitive
guide to what (if any) parts may need replacing
with spares, but just as a general guide to
point you in the right direction during
troubleshooting.

Errors
- AL4
- Usually relates to drainage, check for water
and leaks!
- AL6
- Water not draining. If the water seems to be
draining fine, it may be the sensor that is
faulty.
- AL7
- Washing motor jammed.
- Cycle stops abruptly and panel lights
flash - Usually cause by water not draining
quickly enough. Cycle is stopped to prevent
flooding.
